If there is any resistance to closing the doors, then the transfer belt is not correctly positioned – don’t use force to close the doors, reposition the belt carefully and try again.

On the Option screen which follows, choose Troubleshoot. A while back, following a move, my was failing every time the paper came to exit the fuser. It defaults to NO, so change it to YES and then press enter on this screen to confirm, before exiting the Utility menu.
Now, instead of the install just hanging and going no further, you get a warning that the driver is not signed, but an option to install anyway.
